To join EUPFAC please provide the following contact information, this information will not be shared with any other organization. We will invoice you for your membership dues if you use this form.  We are a non-profit organization, 100% of donations to our group go toward the advancement of the arts in the Eastern Upper Peninsula, we have no paid officers, directors, or members.  All contributions are tax deductible.  Our annual meeting is held the second Wednesday of January.  Monthly meetings are second Wednesday of the  month.
